INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS
We recommend consuming the contents of one
drinking bottle once a day undiluted before a meal. To prepare
the drinking solution, twist the cap firmly in a clockwise direction
until it stops,
so that the chamber opens and the powder
is released. Turn for as long as
possible and do not stop after
the cap has cracked. Then shake
the ampoule vigorously. Now
you can turn the cap counterclockwise
and open it.
